It's clean, organized and the staff are friendly. Plus the bathrooms are clean which is huge for me

I was charged $20 for the SELF SERVE CAR WASH I come here frequently and wash my car the exact same way and it’s usually around $5 I look back on my charges, tell me why I was charged $20?? I turned the machine off like I always do before leaving. I’m so confused.
