Looks like it's been closed for a while. The path is still accessable and easy enough to follow just a bit over grown. It's a 1km loop with stunning looks outs over the national park. If you go right you get the best views in a few hundred meters. Parking is just on the side on the gravel road. Quite challenging to turn around on this road with a camper trailer!
