My first visit to Lee's to drop off Toro mower. Thought I had broken a part of the Personal Pace drive. Met Josh in service, "let's see what you got" He made a quick reconnect, not broken at all. Really appreciate his fix, a very positive customer experience. I'll be back.
Great little shop with many items available for lawn care purposes.
Wonderful experience! I arrived about 5-minutes or so after closing, but someone was still there and invited me in. I had called ahead for a part which was already ready for me to pick up. Not only did I get the part I needed, we started talking about the valve cover gasket replacement I was going to do that day and was given the advice to go ahead and replace the cover too as they have seen this commonly become warped over time which means replacing the gasket alone may not fix the problem or fix it for very long.
