Very quick response, personable technicians, excellent service
I had a good start with this company...however the oil service called us back because they decided that we aren't a good enough customer to get any service. The only reason given was that we are not a "regular enough account" and that when my wife pressed the issue and said, "we could wait another week". "You should buy our oil somewhere else", was the response. I pay my bills on time... what the heck? there's five feet of snow outside.
