Unfortunate. Manager treated my dispute with very poor business sense. They provided a service (2 rhinestones into my toe nails) and within 12-24 hours they both fell off. She charged me $10. Note: I already paid gratituity. I came in for them to fix them within a couple days. Since the rhinestones fell off, I asked to for a painting design and small rhinestone to ensure they lasted 4 months. The tech did a beautiful job. I have gone there for a year and always had good results. Last time my girl was on vacation and had to go with someone else. My nails were bumpy, and very thick. 3 nails cracked on my left hand (I'm right handed) after only 2 weeks. I went in very nicely and was talked to rudely by the man who is up front. He told me that after 2 weeks I'm supposed to make another appointment. Never have I ever been told that. I normally go after 5 to 6 weeks. I told him I was not trying to cause a problem. My mother grandmother & i all made an appointment weeks ago for the same day at the same time for mani pedis. 10:30. we arrived 10 mins before our appointment. All 3 of us got our toes done, but when it came to getting our nails done. 2 out of the 3 of us were helped. As i sat watching them get their nails done, i realized i should be getting serviced too… when my grandma told the women i had the appointment.
