This is my go to place. Staff is always friendly, respectful, and skilled. The salon is always clean. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.
I don’t understand the point of having an appointment if it is NEVER going to be at the time they say. Each time I come here I am on time and it always ends up being a 30 minute wait. There are other places that respect their customers time. I also would like to add the one time I came here and the OWNERS WIFE did my nails it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My nails looked like trash. She was so sloppy I couldn’t believe what I had just paid for… I don’t think I will be coming back.
The second time I went was today and had an appt with Gina at 12pm. It was 15 min past my appt time and I wanted to know how much longer it would be and approached the owner, Lee to ask. He didn't even give me a glance, answer, or acknowledge me. The employee next to him which I believe is his wife asked my appt time and told me to ask Gina myself but I will not be treated disrespectfully and still pay for a service. I decided to walk out and find another salon. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
We (my mom and I ) had such a great experience at this nail salon. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon was clean, relaxing, and we never felt rushed. Our nails came out exactly how we wanted….beautiful and well done. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. We will definitely be coming back!
