I've been going to Envy at this location since they opened. I've always had a great experience until this past month. The new, younger tech absolutely ripped apart my skin. Three of my fingers were bleeding, with one so badly cut open that the nick relief powder couldn't stop it. I understand people make mistakes and there is a learning curve in this profession - but there's no way I'm paying for my services if that happens again. There's no need to use that much force when working on cuticles!
I am extremely satisfied with my new nails. The technicians exhibit exceptional kindness, cleanliness, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist in creating nail designs. This is my second visit, and I plan to return. I chose an acrylic overlay.
The current management is great. I love the atmosphere and am always happy with how my nails look.
