I thought I finally found a nail place that I can get a pedicure done but little did I knowI it had bad reviews. This nail place has horrible service customer service. They had we waiting for 45 minutes only to find out I was not next. When the owner told me that I would be next I said you just lost a good customer but that didn’t concern him. I went in for a mani/pedi. The first thing I notice is a BIG dog laying on the floor. A customer was allowed to bring her dog in the establishment?! To top it off, the woman is coughing constantly without covering her mouth. Then I was told by Bobby that someone would be back in 10 minutes to take me. While I waited Bobby made himself comfortable in a pedicure chair & smoked his vape. I waited a total of 20 minutes for someone who didn't show up & Bobby continued to sit & relax.
