Called them out for my APU and a missing shock bolt, after trying everything possible, they weren't able to get the clutch for my APU. Do to no fault of thier own. They tried everywhere and was told will have to order it and it will take a week. Got the bolt fixed. Very nice people, the technician was disappointed he couldn't get my issue fixed, but he definitely went above and beyond to try to solve the problem. If I am ever in this area again and need assistance I will be calling them.
Literally a blessing to have his help as we are traveling from out of state. Extremely helpful and friendly.
Great company with very reasonable prices compared to many of the overpriced and greedy and even some shady companies in the Joplin area. We had our box truck put out of service due to a leaking oil seal and called around to about 20 different companies—most of them were quoting outrageous four-figure prices, and some even demanded full prepayment before sending a tech out.
