I was running late to return and all of my laundry was in 1 basket with my elderly grandmother's laundry I told the woman with the American legion jacket on I didn't appreciate my laundry being touched. She proceeded to get loud dropping f bombs saying if I didn't like it go the f somewhere else. In front of my 5 year old niece. needless to say I won't be back. I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled very very very unprofessional. You don't swear and condescent your customers.
This is the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been in. I am sometimes there when the owners come in to finish out the day. I have to say they are very nice and they do have to run other businesses of theirs so it's nice if people understand why they close at 7. They are hard workers and very professional. Thank you!
I get u close at 7pm but we were here at 6 and maybe we should have went somewhere else at the time. It’s what we found to come to. The customer service towards us was rude and very unprofessional in so many ways. Learn how to talk to customers especially people who aren’t from this area or just in general. Other then that very nice place.
