This year they have slid way down hill in service and food. Entertainment and atmosphere is a ten whether it be band or people watching.
I like to go hear a band, have some pit beef and a beer at the boardwalk. The sit down restaurant is just okay, but the boardwalk is super fun.
Normally we love this place. Yesterday on the other hand was terrible as far as service. I guess because you have a party of 6 or more automatically the gratuity is 18%. So the servers aren’t interested in how long it takes for the food to come out or to even bother asking how everything is. We waited a hr to be seated. Understandable because of crowd. This place is a little piece of paradise!!!! A hidden gem by the water!!!!! Love it ❤️ the food is awesome and the atmosphere is like being on vacation!!!!!! Met so many nice people and just a fun relaxing atmosphere by the water! Can't wait to go back! 😎👍
Very very disappointed in our first trip to LL. After waiting an hour to be seated, we never saw our waiter until 25 mins later, then waited over an hour for our food, which was cold! Our waiter never once came over and asked if we needed anything and screwed up 3 out of 4 checks at the end. We then used the restroom on the way out, and it was a complete mess. You need to hire new bartenders, cooks and staff members that know they're job. We will not be going back to this place anytime soon!
Party of 8. Went ok. Some apps came out with our lunches . Waiter was friendly. A lil confused when separate checks came, after trying to order in couples for him. Food was ok...VERY pricey for what is offered. I asked to sub side of coleslaw instead of chips, later to find i was charged $3 for the coleslaw. Atmosphere was neat. Band was good. Nice once and done place to try.
The food was mediocre at best, the service was subpar, it is way over priced and the atmosphere is not kid friendly (middle of the afternoon). We were so excited to go...we will not be back.
We hade a great time. The service was good even though it was a holiday and crowded. Food was excellent. We will be back
