Not a good reception quiet rude actually,enquired about a broken necklace and could they repair I was told to take it back to where it was purchased from........maybe the price of $35 repair wasn't enough for their till........ considering my brother and I brought $139 earrings from there just over a week ago........very very rude and I'm extremely disappointed I won't be returning and I'll take my business to Devonport
