Our AC unit stopped cooling late in the evening on a Sunday. I left a message on Lee’s website around 10 pm. I got a call back from them around 7:30 am Monday morning, and by lunchtime my house was comfortable again. These guys showed up exactly as promised. They were professional and personable. They showed us the failed part and explained the work in plain english (very fair price for the job). I have added them to my contacts so I don’t have to waste time if I need HVAC service again.
