Called on Monday, they told us they will be here by Wednesday for sure (for reference it was over 100 degrees outside and 94 in our house downstairs, upstairs even worse). By Tuesday evening there was still no ETA for Wednesday so we called them and they told us they will be coming on Friday. The manner they talk to the customers is kinda….rude? I’m so glad that I checked the reviews on yelp and google since I was given this extra time by the company and now I feel that it’s a blessing that they never came. STAY AWAY!

So many other companies rate better. We did not have a good experience with them. most of their work appears to be home owner warranty stuff. Not referrals! BE WARE
I received a telemarketing call from them, even though I live in tustin.? I don't normally listen to telemarketers but I was interested in this one because I'd have some issues with air conditioning recently. I listen to the whole spiel and it was very impressive what they were offering for $69. I said I was not interested at this time, and unfortunately she just hung up without asking any further questions.
