My appt is at 5pm. I just started my haircut when the old lady came over asking me to pay for the cut. The hairdresser was a bit embarrassed but says the old woman is leaving and apparently she is the cashier. Since when is it that the customer has to pay immediately because the cashier is leaving. I will never go back. RUDE PEOPLE.
They refused to remove my gelx nails. The person i spoke with on the phone literally said “nope i don't want too” girl then go home then!
