Rushed My service so fast lmao sent me out frizzy. I paid for them to deposit my ion red conditioner and they kept asking me to tip. I said no multiple times. My color is uneven because he placed the red only on top area and now it’s never so light and some dark smh.

Asked for a trim on the sides and back but the lady ended up giving me #1 fade and used clippers the whole cut. Did not know how to cut asian hair which was disappointing. Just wanted a trim but left with a completely different hair style.
At this place you can feel comfortable to cut your hair they worked very professionally
