Horrible experience! Appreciated the Covid safety protocols but she made many rude comments to me, gave me the most painful temple massage & I had to demand she stop repeatedly, didn’t listen to what I wanted for my haircut & gave me an awful cut & a style I didn’t ask for then charged me extra for the crazy styling & disgusting hairspray I had to come home & immediately wash off.
