Sam & Dawn communicate expectations clearly ahead of time, start and finish work on time, tape up plastic thoroughly, and are consultative on stain color. We love our finished product! This is a professional, efficient, and reliable team.

Lee’s Floor Service is an absolute top-notch organization to work with. Sam and Dawn do a great job communicating from estimate, to preparation, to completion of the floor. Our floor was a bit tricky because we had water damage that required repair, and a previous contractor that did poor work on the floor, causing issues. This is a great company. They made everything easy. They were responsive and efficient. We had a very messy job with a damaged subfloor and the two installers Joe and Candice were amazing. They were tidy and considerate and paid attention to all small details. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.
Scheduled this company to come to my home for a quote. The day of the appointment (1 hour before) they called me and said they were sorry I canceled my appointment and wanted to reschedule. I never canceled. In fact, I called off work early to be there for the appointment. Whatever, I rescheduled. The 2nd appointment, a man showed up on time to give a quote.
