Lee's has a great variety of tasty chicken and sides and an all-you-can-eat food bar. They have friendly helpful employees that treat you family. Lee's is conveniently located off I-75 Exit 76. They recently expanded their dining room for even more seating. We often get a family meal to go for ourselves or to give to a family after surgery, illness, new baby, etc. It is also perfect to take to church functions. And they cater!

The food is never cooked right. The chicken is full of uncooked batter and the potatoes are all watery and obviously out of a box. Very sad, because this place used to be Great! Save your money!!

I made a purchase at Lee's Famous Recipe, 200 N. Causeway Dr., Muskegon, MI 49455 on 9-25-16 for $65.35 with my debit card. On 9-30-16 my debit card was charged twice for that amount ($65.35, $65, 35). I called Lee's on 10-2-16 and spoke with Dan. Dan told me he would have the charge reversed. I waited 10 days. No reverse charge on my account. I called Lee's on 10-12-16. I spoke with Duanne (manager). Duanne said he would talk to corporate. My husband and I loved Lee's Chicken but after the last two times we went there, we have decided to go elsewhere!!!! I went there for the lunch special and got there before 2 p.m. and stood in line behind other customers. I didn't mind waiting, but when it was my turn the big woman there started screaming at me that the Lunch Special was OVER!!! What!!!??? It was NOT over, she was just being a snot. Paid for a 20pc MEAL, got home only to realize that there were no biscuits included AFTER I WAITED OVER 20mins for our food! I called and asked why I didn't receive my whole meal only to be told well we are down an oven and don't have biscuits now. YET I WAS CHARGED AND NEVER TOLD AND NEVER OFFERED A SUBSTITUTE!

So my daughter and I decided to go through the drive thru today for lunch we got to the window they handed us our food they then returned to the window and explained they could not get my card to run because of the black strip being chipped on the back of my card she then asked me if I had another card I told her no because I didn't and I did not have cash on me either she then just stares at me blankly no reponse ... so I said will do you need the food back or?? ... Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Food was hard and tasted bad. The lady with the neck tattoos cooking, when told by the cashier a order was in said she didn't want to get up. Then as she was putting the food on the tray she drop it, hurried picked it up and put the food on my plate. I would not recommend eating there!

It is a great place to grab a bite of chicken! Prices are comparable but the chicken is always good size pieces and juice!! Delicious!
