Great and great service
They seem to shut fryers down way too early for operation hours, asked for fresh cooked chicken and wedges at 8:20pm even though they close at 10:00pm and said 5min at speaker, then said be 10min at window, and turned out to be 48min and had no biscuits after chicken finally got done. Wondered why chicken was always old after 9pm, because they evidently make a bunch of chicken around 8pk to do them the rest of the night, and shut off fryers to be done early or something. Don't even bother if you are actually hungry!! This place is ridiculous!! The last time I ordered online I waited an hour and a half past my estimated pickup time! I swore I would never go back, but when my child wanted wedges I couldn't tell him no, so I figured I would give it another chance. This time I waited an hour past my scheduled pickup time! Something needs to change with the way things are done. It shouldn't take this long to get food via drive thru especially when the order was placed on the mobile app.
