Had to wait 14 minutes in line after placing my order in the drive-thru. I ordered crispy/spicy and received famous that was super dry. I thought on Wednesday if you add a soft drink that it's only a dollar. I was charged full price. Also, when they open the window for payment, you should be told the charge and not have to wait until she hands you the change and receipt. This was truly one of my worst experiences ever at a restaurant.

Best lees in the area! Food always tastes fresh and never soggy. Others in the area I have gotten soggy chicken and soggy wedges, which is not tasty at all. Staff is always friendly. Erica is probably my favorite! Always lookin out for her customers!
