Most of the time, the chicken is good at lunch. However, you’re likely getting that same chicken for dinner if they don’t go through it at lunch. We ordered 3 meals, 1 being a kids meal. All contained dry, old, and small chicken strips that were basically inedible. Definitely not what I was hoping for for dinner. For the price they’re now charging, the least they can do is provide somewhat fresh food.
Sign in drive thru has one price window another. This is third time I’ve been through drive thru in 2 months. Given different price + 30 cents credit card fee told them what sign said outside he said the price is (it was almost a dollar more then add 30 cents fee on. Lost a long time customer over this! I said forget it and drove off. My hubby and I used to go to englewood famous every Wednesday. I am so disappointed in this situation.
Do yourself a favor and drive to ANY other lees. Dayshift drive thru lady is rude 5x of of 5. I eat lees 4-6 times a week and I am finally fed up with how she treats people and won’t return. Spilled my drink, spilled the bake beans in the bag handing it to me, and I typically get 2 dipper meals with bbq and honey. Every single time I have to ask for 2 bbq (total - 1 for each) and NEVER puts honey in the bag and have to sit there for 2 minutes trying to get her attention to ask for my honey for which she will proceed to crack... read more
