I am really disappointed. I always loved their food. Yet our gizzards were inedible. Our chicken was not crispy at all it was soggy coating. I always prepared them over every chicken place there is. Looks like we will save our funds and make it at home for now on

I usually get fresh, crispy wings from Lee’s, but this visit was a mess. I was told it’d be a 20-minute wait, which I agreed to, but five minutes later they gave me wings that were warm, not fresh. The manager decided to drop a new batch, so I waited another 35 minutes total. When I finally got them, they were pale, soft, and pink inside. Great food, I've been coming here almost every weekend to get the 20-piece meal for my family. Recently. I had an order that was off. The chicken was dry, and the biscuits were hard. Thankfully, the team at this Lee's was able to take back my order and receipt to exchange for a fresh batch. I appreciate Lee's for standing on their quality and fixing that issue. Will continue coming here.

I have going to Lee's chicken for about 30 years. I have made many friends with the managers and workers. I would go there sometimes two to three times a week. Recently I have been having problems with the management. They refuse to give me fresh cooked or hot fried chicken. They get upset whenever I ask. It is very upsetting.
