Staff always friendly.. food always piping hot and always with the correct order!! My new favorite chicken spot!
I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received here this evening. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Lee's location, but the manager at the Arnold location gave me the order there anyway! While I was trying to figure out how I had made the mistake, they quickly got my order together and had it ready for me. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! And so appreciated — they really didn't have to help me out; the mistake was all mine. These people know how to treat customers right. I will definitely be back!
