Went through the drive-thru. At the order board, they gave me time to figure out what I needed, at the window the young lady was smiling and friendly. She had the gallon of tea ready to hand me before taking my money. Within a minute of giving me my change, she had the bag with our food in it. Without asking, she included butter, jellies, honey, and extra napkins. This experience was a delight after a long day and wanting something to bring home for our dinner.
they can hardly take an order forget getting it right. Reviewed the order 5 times and the got it right 0 times in the whole conversation. The woman working cannot understand the most basic instructions. Surprise surprise I get home and it’s wrong. Thanks for making it impossible to order and getting it wrong over and over. That was fun
