We stopped in to pickup an order that we had personally placed with staff two (2) days ago. We were counting on their service to feed several people. When I walked in was treated like we were a bother, they had not even started to cook the large order of chicken. When we inquired as to why, their night manager (at least she claimed she was) was extremely rude and stated we would just need to wait until the order was put in the oven to be cooked (several minutes later, was told 30-minutes).
