Very friendly service and everything was delicious
My granddaughter got chicken dinners with potato wedges for us a meal.When we opened food, potato wedges were flat and rubbery, like they was setting or overcooked. We had to throw wedges away. Ordered breast chicken, but they were out, substituted tenders. The tenders were undercooked and cold. Ordered cole slaw and it wasn't in the box. Just a plain bad experience and a waste of $21. Workers can do better than this and that is a fact......they have to want to take pride in what they do.....this is shameful.
I went through the drive through on Friday, October 16, around 7–8 PM, and this visit was the worst experience I've had here. At the speaker, I ordered a 3-piece bone-in meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, a Homestyle Bowl combo, and a #8 sliders combo with mac and cheese and a side of Famous sauce. I had to repeat almost every part of the order. When I asked for the side substitution, the employee went silent, then answered "I'm sorry, what?" in an annoyed tone.
