The service was fast, friendly, and professional. My car was repaired carefully and runs great now. The staff explained everything clearly and honestly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.
They charged me 1064.00 to replace my water pump and when I picked up my car, the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them about it and he tells me 45.00 for a diagnostic test. Why you broke it and won't fix it. My rpm gauge won't go back to it's original location it's stuck on the other side. I'm a 70 year old woman and I know he took advantage of me. Look at these prices! 3 clamps 65.00 Never again!!!
I filed a claim against take five Because they never put oil in my motor and it went out so I had a claim against them I let Mr. Lee, replace the motor well whatever motor he gave me was not good. He did not take the time out to replace any of the seals in the motor, Even though his job was just to replace the motor, he could’ve double checked those things and he could’ve informed me that I needed 2motor mounts But he didn’t, and when I came back because my motor was still leaking oil, he wanted to charge me and arm and leg ... read more
