I was very underwhelmed with the service. I went to check out the bikes and ask questions the lady acted like she had no clue about anything. She didn’t really seem like she wanted to talk. She said this is it . I asked when they would be getting more bikes she says I don’t know and walks away. I left with no help and wont be back.
Ducked in to scout their used bike selection after a trusted confidante told me Lee's was the place to be(s). This pandemic has me seeking new ways to exercise. I was able to score a used bike in pretty good condition for what was a fair price. I had to come back a day later to get some help replacing the ass-wrecker of a tiny seat that the bike came with for something more suited to my sexiness that I got off Amazon. I placed an order online on Sunday and besides the initial order confirmation email I never received an update or tracking information but they had charged my card for the purchase amount. I called on Wednesday to follow up and was told they were not accepting online orders not were they fulfilling orders that had already been placed. The lady who answered, but wouldn’t give me her name, said she couldn’t cancel the order and refund my money so I would have to dispute the order if I wanted my money back.
