Where to begin. Took my car in to have an electrical issue sorted out. They had the car for over a month. Swapped out a module for the key fob but then swapped the defective one back in and said it was done. Then, they swapped the new one in and couldn't program it, so they had to take it elsewhere twice. Then they lost a piece of my door handle, and now they want me to pay for it. Great folks to work with. They have made the odd mistake in our 5 years of getting our cars serviced by them…hey they are only human…but they are quick to acknowledge the mistake and rectify it. Cannot ask for more than that.

After 3 years of running and $3,800.00 later, the a/c worked no better than when we took it in. There was always one excuse after another, a faulty this, a faulty that, but after we got the suv back, the a/c would be gone in 5-6 week. We never saw the replacement parts so only had what they told us. We calculated the mileage it took to take the vehicle back far too numerous times, and we literally could have driven to Timmins Ontario.
