Only take your car to Lee's if you want to be CHEATED. Awhile back, I had to replace my clutch on a 2002 sedan. I took my car to Lee's, and for a hefty price, they seemed to do a fine job. However, only 10 months later, the clutch needed to be replaced AGAIN. Since the clutch was still under warranty, I didn't think it would be a big problem, but once we got there, Lee's put up a huge fight about replacing it, and blamed us for being poor drivers (even though I drove the car for 8 years without a single incident...). Worst service ever – I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I asked them to check by brakes because i didn't feel they were reliable.. They checked it and replaced brake pads.. that's it. I didn't feel that breaks were reliable again and went to another shop for estimation. They checked it and found out that the cylinders were leaking. Fixed right, the first time – Took my vehicle to Lee's on the advice of a friend who'd had a good experience with them. Turns out, I should have been going to Lee's for as long as my friend has. Professional Shop Goes Above and Beyond! – I've been a long-time customer at Lee's Automotive, and have recently met the new manager in charge of shop operations. Compared with the previous management, he is a breath of fresh air in the scandal-ridden repair industry.
