I was a first time customer last week and extremely happy with Paul, Phil and the whole crew at Lee's Automotive in Woodstock. They recommended a very reasonably priced tow service to get my truck to their shop (thank you Josh @ Ledbetters Towing). Then, they quickly diagnosed my '06 Chevy Avalanche, repaired the bad ignition coil and had it finished the same day for a little over $100. Great, fast service at an honest price. You can't ask for much more than that!

Marie, I'm sorry if Paul neglected to explain the customary check out charge associated with your last visit. You have not paid this in the past because you had the work done so the fee was waived. This has been our policy for 10 years. As for your A/C repair that was done, if you remember correctly, because Chris does, our tech (whose no longer with us) failed to find an issue with your A/C until after completing your timing belt job. I can not praise this place enough! Paul was so friendly and helpful when my a/c went on the fritz from a leaky hose. He got right to diagnosing the problem. I only waited about 10 mins before he came to tell me the issue. He kept to his word (price and est. time to finish). An incredibly trustworthy place that made a lifetime customer with just one visit. Thank for every thing! I will see y'all again :)
