This company was sent out by Lowe’s protection plan to repair our washer and dryer on October 4th. I was basically told by the technician that I was ocd and he couldn’t hear the sound the dryer was making and that there was no issue with my washer. He basically interrogated me until he finally left asking the same questions over and over. I came in on 8/8/24 around 1254p and asked all pertinent questions to ensure I got the proper washer and dryer set based on my preferences and asked what was needed to ensure I didn’t have to do anything with the install and set up. Was advised that the price of the energy saving set that I wanted was $525 and the delivery and install fee was $95. This company was sent by Lowes to trouble shoot and resolve an issue with noise from my fridge each time I got water from the door dispenser. Tech arrived, looked in freezer and told me I had installed my water filter incorrectly. This was puzzling as I never had an issue installing before. However, the noise did stop. Tech then told me I owed $95.00 for service call. Paid the $95.00 on the spot. Within 2 hours, noise started again. Being past business hours, I called the next morning and spoke with the owner. Lee's Appliance did a warranty repair for my dishwasher. Adam was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We had a terrible experience with our builder and appliance company that they sourced. However Whirlpool directed us to use Lee's appliance and I am glad they did!
