I got an appt the next day. I have an old stove and was doubtful the issue could be resolved, and they weren’t selling replacement parts anymore. Lee said there was a small chance, but he got it to work! So grateful for his expertise and saving me having to invest in a new range right now.
John came out to fix our Wedgewood stove and oven. Not only did he fix the oven, he checked the whole stove and fixed so many little things that were messed up (oven door wasn't closing properly, etc). He also pulled the base piece off and dusted off the bottom portion. He was really profession, super friendly, and a delight. Clearly he's very passionate about good appliances and insanely knowledgable. He's also an SF native and his dad used to work for Wedgewood so I'm glad to be supporting locals.
