Have had an incredibly difficult time with Lee’s air conditioning. A year ago they installed a new AC system at my beach rental. Ever since it was installed we have had nothing but issues. Every single week I get a call from a guest saying the system isn’t working. I cannot have the system serviced by anyone else because it is under warranty with Lees and I’m at a total loss for what to do. All I can say is I urge others to consider elsewhere before deciding on Lees

My A/C stopped working this week. I called Lee's. The rep showed me the part needed. (I looked it up online, it was $ 58.) Lee's sent an invoice for $ 1782 stating that I needed 6 parts special ordered. It would take 3 or 4 days to get, they wanted 1/2 payment upfront. Another company came in and had it repaired in less than an hour with one universal part for $ 165 part and labor. That was my last time using them.

They are honest and professional. I was so happy that someone referred me to this business. From the time I spoke with the office to the AC tech, Josh was a pleasant experience. With such a high demand, and low product availability in these times, they worked hard and kept me in the loop and boom, we have a efficient new system. I did my due diligence and got several estimates and they were the best for same product. I spoke to a lovely young lady on the phone about my ac and she was happy to answer all of my questions! A true sweet heart, great experience 10/10 would recommend!
