If you want something, buy it; don't try to order. The customer service for ordering is appalling with no follow through. I have always been happy with what I find here, never had a good experience when ordering in.

The call was meant to address that mistake. Unfortunately the product that you were interested in was delayed in shipping by the manufacturer and is something that we have yet to receive.
