Call a Doctor cause this place is in dire need of rehabilitation! I walked in fully prepared to discuss MXZ vs Back Country and order two (with accessories) for this upcoming season. The blatant lack of customer service is shocking… picture the complete opposite of a car dealership. Not a single person said “Hi” or asked if I needed anything. I had a great experience here, they opened for me to help me get set up with new gear and provided me with a lot of knowledge!
I lost a (very important) brake perch mount piece. Pulled up and they were 110% helpful. They gave me a temporary fix to get me home while I await a new part
