Went in awhile back to have a goose neck done. well they will sell you the part's but say they don't do installation and send you to another store! Very inconvenient! Why sell parts you don't install ? My understanding of this business is they provide dell's an installation. Well I went to the other store and I am pleased with the outcome. Perhaps it is my misunderstanding and the are a sale's only location??? Still was a bit inconvenient. Overall I'M satisfied though.
So so.. went in for a goose neck they sell but don't do the installation in store they send you to another location. Somewhat inconvenient!!! I Did get the work done an I'M very pleased with it. Maybe it's my misunderstanding an that is simply a sales location??? I was happy with the end result. Just confused as to why products are sold there an sent elsewhere for install.
