Sales experience was amazing. The install was my issue. I set up install for Friday morning. I received a text about 2 PM install. After I rearranged my schedule to make at 2 PM. The install time was pushed back to 3:30 PM. With no more time to waste I elected to do the install myself.
Great work by the technicians! Great customer service on the front line, especially Eric Butler! I failed to mention Laquita at the front line. An awesome team. I will return, and highly recommend this team!

I want to thank Mr. Eric and his staff for their superior service and professionalism they provide me during my visit and the service I received. They had me in and out before I knew it. The facility was well maintained and exterior was well groomed. Keep up the great service.
The staff was very good to work with me, especially the installer who’s name I didn’t get. However this topper fits much better on the sides and rear. However the front looks like it was trimmed with a chainsaw. There is a inch and a half to two inch gap at both ends highly noticeable when you look at the back of the truck. I have no doubt that water will come in from underneath. I have looked at many other Leer toppers and never seen any issues like mine.
