i received a notice that I had a conference date for an accident on February 3rd. I received my notice Saturday February 4th. No communication from the office other than a late letter dated January 24. Now it’s past the conference date. I immediately call on Saturday the 4th when I receive the letter and the number is out of service. I call a few more times to confirm that it’s out of service. No way to leave a message. Nothing.
