I have been a Nationwide customer for over 20 years. I was referred to this agency when we moved to Colorado in 2016. Since then the agent has changed multiple times with limited interaction. This past week my policy updated and it went up over hundred dollars. I called the agency to inquire since the Nationwide website was just AI chatbots. The agent told me wasn’t able to answer my question because he was going out of town and said he call me next week. Horrid customer service all around. Buyer beware!
