They don’t even deserve the one star, I would put zero stars if I could. Be careful when you are shopping at this store, there is a big chance if you are buying gold at this store it is used. They sell gold for the price of normal new gold even thought they give it to you used and visibly scratched. Also all of their gold breaks, bad quality and just disappointing. I don’t recommend this store and they honestly just bring a headache and drama into your life.
The staff is so sweet and helpful, this is the only place i’ll go to for gold in Dallas. They have the best pieces and most reasonable prices, I highly recommend.
