I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a physician. The entire visit felt like a complete waste of time and money. My appointment was scheduled even though, as soon as the doctor walked into the room, she told me she was not accepting new patients. If that was the case, the office should never have scheduled my appointment. The doctor should not have agreed to see me if she was unavailable to take new patients.
