I am a passed patient of Dr. Khaitan and never had a problem she is wonderful! I tried to schedule and appt on line, no one ever contacted back to do so. I waited a week and called, was told someone would call me back. Waited a week, called and was told the office was closed for lunch to call back. The must have so many patience they no longer need to schedule more! Time for this girl to find a new Dr. . Extremely disappointed!

0 stars if it was possible. I'm not sure where to begin..she was called in for an OPINION on a rare disease I have called MALS. After being absolutely impossible to get a hold of I had a video chat in March. After that she wanted more testing, which I did and never heard back from her. Finally 2 weeks after my procedure her office called to set up an appointment but I was on vacation. I went to Dr. Khaitan to get some testing done. After an extensive interview period with four different staff members, I was questioned and quickly examined by the doctor. I really liked her and her bedside manner. She ordered four tests to be done to find out what was wrong. After I had my initial test of an upper GI, it was blatantly obvious what the issue was. I tried to contact this doctor for my results, the contact number isn't correct. I got a number, left a message No return call.
