I wouldn't even give her a star but I had no choice ! Was running late for appointment called secretary she told me unless you're 15 minutes late your ok, well I was already 15 late for being 15 minutes early. After appointment Leena gets super rude tells me about me being late and storms out the door I'm sure she was never late in her life for anything! A dime a dozen you are !
Getting an appointment is a nightmare! Staff is rude including the NP! Never got to see the doctor, not 1 time! Would not recommend to anyone!! Thumbs down !! Unprofessional office, the worst one I have ever ever been too!!

I was having trouble getting good service and quality care a my former doc. I asked around and heard that Dr. Matthews is wonderful. I thought, great!, that is just what I need. In May, I called to make an appointment. I was asked if i had seen anyone for this before, I said yes. She said that Dr. Matthews requires that my records be sent, and after they were received, I would get a call to make my appointment.
