Why is it that patients have to be on time and get charged if they can't make it to an appointment due to unplanned circumstances but this clinic is okay with frequently making patients wait for extensive periods past their appointment time?
Another hour wait for a Dr appt. Second time in two weeks….as mentioned in a previous post, a patients time is important too! Not happy Jan!
GP ,nurses are all good caring but never been on time appointments my daughter waiting for an hr no one’s responding n charging for long appointments fee and my appointment never been on time as well normally waiting 40mins to an hr. I don’t know why book the time for???
I had an appointment with Doctor Farah Tan, wow such an experienced doctor, she took my condition seriously and gave me referrals and adequate tests , just what you need when you’re in pain!! Thank you
My partner and I have both been to see Dr Hannah Watts. She is kind, informative, and patient. She took the time to properly explain things to us, and really listened to our concerns. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a GP who is genuinely interested in understanding their health.
