We stayed here for one night while visiting the area and were very happy with our room. It was spotless, reasonably comfortable and had modern decor. Kim's place restaurant on site was really handy to have breakfast in the morning. Yum! Not sure if it's open for other meals. The photos of the room and property other reviewers have posted are 100% accurate. It really does look this great! Can't beat the price! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this small-town motel - Leelas Villa Inn in Flesherton. The rooms are spotless, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. Mr. and Mrs. P are such hospitable, welcoming hosts, which made us feel right at home. The complimentary hot breakfast at Kim’s Place was a real bonus—delicious food, friendly service, and a great way to start the day. We truly appreciated the personal touch throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!
The owners were super friendly and the rooms were freshly renovated!! Mine had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. I realized I forgot to pack my toothbrush and they even had complimentary ones with little paste packets on the bathroom counter!! The next morning my truck was still there and nobody messed with it!! Then I got a complimentary breakfast at the restaurant attached!! Good experience all around!
