It is impossible to come to an understanding with the Leeland Homeowners Association. They do not discuss anything with individual members. Dragged me to Small Claims Court on falsified charges. Their attorney even input the incorrect name in the court documents. Every month their management company accepted my certified mail on time, yet they always charged a late fee. HOA helpfulness is zero. They do not accept mail, do not listen to owners. One year ago they replaced the management company, probably paying a lot to this new company. It is not known how many bookkeeping systems they have because even though they deposit the Maintenance and Roof payments every month (I have the proofs) they still claim they were not received. As an owner I turned to the HOA but they never even responded. I never met a situation like this as it is in this building. I am sorry there is no zero (0) *.
