Such a horrible unprofessional office. The doctors/ nurses look at you like walking dollar signs and have zero respect for boundaries. The last time I went I actually had a nurse lie to me about my insurance coverage and try to bully me into getting a procedure that I wasn’t comfortable with getting. They bullied me to they point of me getting a panic attack and sobbing in my car after I left. I was there for a simple med check. They very aggressively push meds and procedures, regardless of how you feel or what the issue is.... read more
Dr. Paquette has provided wonderful care to me over the last couple of years. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.
Zero Stars is more appropriate. DO NOT USE THIS Physicians office. Two years of incompetent front office, loosing prescription renewal, mishandling records send from prior physicians in my hometown. My wife left them 18months ago for same reason. I am leaving now. Most recent atrocity. ON Dec 30 the doctor told me to go direct to the emergency room because o having severe headaches for more than 3 days. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Paquette a few years ago when I made the move to Northern Michigan. Not only does she have an awesome bedside manner, she has the patience of a saint. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Paquette is that she's very conservative with prescribing things - she coaches ways to improve without immediately going to drugs. I would highly recommend Dr. Paquette as a primary care physician, she's the best I've gone to in my 52 years!!
