The self-checkout lady was incredibly condescending and wouldn’t leave after I said I did not need help. I was checking out a couple gallons of water, and I’ve used self-checkout plenty of times. I even told her I knew what I was doing, yet she still insisted on grabbing my items and giving me step-by-step instructions: “Grab your water. Scan it. Press skip bagging.” I understand helping when someone needs it, but hovering over someone who has already said they’re fine is just annoying and unnecessary.

⭐ 1 Star I had a very unpleasant experience with the female cashier here, and her attitude completely ruined my impression of this place. She was smiling, chatting, and being very friendly with the customer right before me. However, as soon as it was my turn, her entire attitude changed. This was the best head of lettuce when I went. Every time I go the employees are rude. One time I was accused of stealing. The employee interrupted me as I was doing self check out and started going through my bags without even saying anything to me. Just forced himself infront of me and started going through my stuff. Employees greet everyone with a hello or thank you. They ignore me. John Leeker was better than this.
