My daughter and I had two hair cuts and a keratin treatment. The appointment took 1 hour to complete all done by the same woman. It was also $345 and a hacked job. I have long had that grows to my waist. Now I have to fix it elsewhere and it’s a mid-length. Such a shame because I used to come here often and recommended so many people here when they ask for Korean hair services. It was the most worse haircut I ever had. She changed 15 minutes haircut for $45.00 and then couple minutes of styling. I would not recommend to anyone else that kind of service.

Not good, asked for long layers and they cut all my hair off. When shampooing they slammed my head multiple times. Very rude workers who will talk about you in Korean like you don’t understand.

Really appreciated that stylist (did not catch her name) was upfront with price before cut as well as costs for options. As other reviewers mention, price is reasonable for salon quality. When giving her opinions, it felt that I was receiving advice in the best interest of my hair and not for her to simply make extra money. I’m pretty wary getting my hair cut many places as I have thick asian/latina hair, but stylist did fantastic as well as doing phenomenally at getting my hair as close to the style I wanted.
