Not good, asked for long layers and they cut all my hair off. When shampooing they slammed my head multiple times. Very rude workers who will talk about you in Korean like you don’t understand.
Really appreciated that stylist (did not catch her name) was upfront with price before cut as well as costs for options. As other reviewers mention, price is reasonable for salon quality. When giving her opinions, it felt that I was receiving advice in the best interest of my hair and not for her to simply make extra money. I only come here for my haircut. I’m a Korean and it’s hard to fine people that do Asian hair right. I get the best haircut and service every time. Thank you!

Cut my hair much shorter than I asked for and thinned out my hair more than I wanted. Terrible.
