The team at ILS Albury were fantastic. I reached out and spoke to Sarah on the phone, and she gave me options and some advice. When I was in store, I was listened to and the service was great. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Required a wheelchair in an emergency and they did so free of charge as only needed for a day. Will be using them again if needed.

Dear Chris, Thank you so much for your care and assistance with making the purchase of a mobility scooter smooth and easy for Dad. It was so reassuring to feel we were in safe and compassionate hands, especially during a life-transition time with loss of some independence for Dad, your care and attention felt like a soft landing for us. I feel confident that you and the team at ILS will continue to look after us for any additional needs in the future. Thanks again for everything 🥰 Paula

My experience with ILS, has made a very complicated experience very seemly. I have had many dealings with the ladies over the last few months and nothing was to difficult. Highly recommend them.
