I was purchasing a mobility aid for my mother and the staff particularly Chris was outstanding in the delivery of Service. ILS was flexible friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needed there services
The young person was not helpful at all. And wouldn't look for what I needed.
Chris , was very friendly and made me feel important. I was shopping for a scooter and very much happy with old fashioned customer service that you don't see very often these days .
